6. Cancellation and Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all membership plans. If you are not satisfied after completing your first month of active participation, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your programme start date by contacting us at contact@sarprand.com.
Minimum Term
All membership plans carry a minimum commitment of 3 months (Essential and Professional) or 6 months (Executive). After the minimum term, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Early termination within the minimum term will result in the outstanding balance for the minimum period becoming due.
Cancellation by Sarprand
Sarprand reserves the right to cancel or reschedule programmes with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation by Sarprand, a full refund of any prepaid fees will be issued.
